Rates & Term: Interest Rates from Prime +2%to 12% Terms: 24 to 60 months
Credit Requirements: The guarantor should have a fairly clean and established credit history (FICO score of 640 to 680+), void of any major derogatory items, without being too overextended. In the event the borrower does not qualify, we will consider a co-signer on their behalf.
Setup fee: Minimal set up fee for providing the source. We also must review a tri-merged credit report for each borrower. There is no fee to run a credit report from a 3rd party. If, however, the proposal is accepted, upon acceptance there is a consulting fee which is due at time of signing.
Consulting Fee: Our Policy is simple – if you receive a proposal and decide to move forward with the proposal, at that point a consulting fee is due.
